KTM CANADA LAUNCHES TWO EXCITING PROGRAMS FOR MOTOCROSS RACERS!
The 2009 motorcycle show season in Canada is right around the corner and many racers will think about purchasing their new KTM after discovering the orange bike of their dreams at the KTM display in their local trade show. To add to the many reasons why they would join our family, KTM Canada, Inc., is pleased to announce two exciting motocross programs tailor-made for Canada: the 2009 KTM CANADA AMATEUR / PRO AM MX CONTINGENCY PROGRAM and the 2009 KTM CANADA TRACKSIDE SUPPORT PROGRAM.
Canadian motocross racers and KTM people share a common interest: a strong “Ready to Race” spirit. We all race with the same focus. We want to have lots of fun and win. But we all agree to say that a victory without an award does not taste the same.
Because we are extremely proud of the KTM amateur and pro racers who, every weekend, “bleed orange” and represent our brand, KTM Canada, Inc. is launching, after a very successful first year, the 2009 KTM CANADA AMATEUR / PRO AM MX CONTINGENCY PROGRAM.
The process is simple: The racer registers his/her eligible KTM SX model* (see eligible list below) with KTM Canada, Inc. he/she places it in the top 5 of an eligible class at the end of an eligible motocross Series and he/she collects KTM contingency awards!
The main motocross Series in Canada are eligible for the KTM Contingency program: All CMRC Provincial Series, CMA Provincial Series, Challenge Quebec Provincial Series, & Alberta Old Timers Association Series. New for 2009 in addition to the mentioned series KTM Contingency will now be available at the 3 major Canadian Amateur Nationals: Raymond Amateur National, Walton Amateur National, and Sand Del Lee Amateur National.
The deadline to register for the program and submit the registration form is May 31st, 2009.
Q: How are we going to promote the new Contingency Program to relevant customers?
Poly bag insertion of the page My goals for this season with my new KTM SX will be made in the February issue of MX Performance magazine.
We will also have Web banners on www.mxpmag.com, www.mxquebec.com, www.motocrossquebec.ca and www.passionperformance.ca promoting the KTM Contingency Program until May 31st, 2009.
Editorial stories about the KTM Contingency Program will be made by MX Performance, Cycle Canada and Moto Journal magazines.
* KTM SX 2007, 2008 or 2009 125 SX, 144 SX, 150 SX, 250 SX, 250 SX-F, 450 SX-F and 505 SX-F are eligible.
2009 KTM CANADA TRACKSIDE SUPPORT PROGRAM
Q: What is more frustrating for the racers than being forced to end a day of racing because they need a spare part?
A: Knowing that if they would have been on the KTM they wanted, they could have got the missing part instantly from the KTM Factory rig parked at the track!
Operating out of the same semi truck as the Royal Distributing KTM Factory MX Racing Team, the 2009 KTM CANADA TRACKSIDE SUPPORT PROGRAM offers trackside assistance to all levels of KTM racers at the nine CMRC MX National rounds.
The 2009 KTM CANADA TRACKSIDE SUPPORT PROGRAM will be backed up by our North American Parts and Accessories Distribution center.
With a very wide range of SX machines and related HEQ accessories, a Contingency Program as competitive as the KTM racers and a Trackside Support Program is definitely stepping up into the Canadian Amateur/Pro MX scene for the 2009 season…in orange proportions!
